Thank you for choosing us at Oak Endodontics. At Oak Endodontics, we look forward to giving you a welcoming and comfortable first visit at our new office. When making an appointment please plan ahead and take some time off of work or school so you won’t feel rushed.

Please bring your referral, ID, and insurance card. All of our new patients should expect a very detailed and comprehensive oral exam before any treatment is started. We use a paperless registration system so you may either fill out the necessary documents online or arrive around 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill them out here. When you arrive at our office, you will check in with our receptionist, feel free to ask any questions if applicable.

Once you are checked in you will have the chance to sit in our waiting room and watch TV or make yourself a coffee while you wait. Once we are ready for you one of our friendly assistants will come to get you and will take you to one of our chairs.

Please expect x-rays and a possible 3D scan. Dr. Matri will come and give you a consultation; if treatment is needed we will come up with a treatment plan together and discuss treatment options. Once this is done, we will schedule you for your treatment. This would also be the perfect time to ask any questions regarding insurance or any other concerns you may have.
